Andorra Development and Investment

Given the number of economic, tax and quality of life advantages that it offers, Andorra is a country of opportunities for companies.  

Currently, the Andorran Government has put in place a collection of legislative measures aimed at encouraging investment and the creation of a network of companies.  These economic measures can be summarised as:  

1.    New Company Law, which regulates the behaviour of the companies in the Principality, regardless of whether they are Limited Companies or Plcs.
2.    New Law of Accounting, which establishes accounting requirements for Andorran companies and the associated responsibilities.  
3.    New Law of Foreign Investment, which determines the possibilities for foreign capital investment in companies and activities in the Principality.  

To support these legislative changes, ADI has put into place a welcome plan to help investors create new companies in the Principality.     

The welcome plan is a comprehensive and practical plan which offers the following to companies:  

1.    Sector Research: ADI will produce a sector study for the entrepreneur, allowing him/her to visualise the opportunities and alternatives to his business model that exist in Andorra.   
2.    Programme of visits: ADI proposes to manage visiting days and meetings that allow entrepreneurs to connect with economic and social agents in Andorra in order to create synergies.  
3.    Advice service: Once the company is created, ADI offers an advice service to deal with the questions that can arise with the day to day running of the company.
